RATES:
Initial Consultation/Treatment – $320 (approx. 2 hours)

Hourly follow-up appointment – $160

 

​​Payment Options:
We are currently accepting Cash, Check, as well as Visa, Mastercard, 

American Express, and Google/Apple Pay.

INSURANCE:

Health Insurance: I am a preferred provider with Regence only, though can provide billing receipts for out of network reimbursement.  ​

​

Auto Insurance: I am happy to bill auto-insurance companies for those looking to utilize their PIP coverage.
